"Create More For You" this is the motto I have been practising and delivering to all my clients of Masters Realty Sunnybank and Calamvale.

Being one of the youngest surgeons in Beijing 8 years ago, I woke up one day and told myself I must see the world outside my shell. Then I packed my bags and enrolled myself in one of the local Universities in Brisbane majoring in Business Management.

After graduating, by chance and fate, I landed myself in the real estate industry. I encouraged myself to meet all the new challenges in this industry and started off as a sales agent for almost 2 years before taking over Masters Realty Sunnybank in mid 2003. Since then, I have never looked back.

Along the path, there is still a minor part of my medical heart that went along with me to deliver all possibilities to my clients.

"You must be committed in whatever you do". I always say this to myself and others too. Once you commit yourself to your clients, you have to go all the way out to deliver. this is how I build the trust and bonding between my clients and staff too.

In September 2005, I spread my wings to Calamvale. My vision is to extend the motto "Create More For You" to the local residents in the vicinity. Since the opening, Masters Realty Calamvale has a young, friendly and dynamic residential commercial sales and property management team to provide their services.

I believe the most important tool in this industry is to have an effective Creative Marketing Program whether you are selling or renting out a property. this program has led both offices to growing further in the real estate industry.
